The Quantified & Qualified Self

In this undergraduate-level Information Design course, the concepts from the field of Positive Psychology have been incorporated into the class to support the mental health of the enrolled students. Through a series of class projects centered around the mental states of the students, the class helps the students to raise awareness of their mental health, provide self-diagnosis, and further suggest self-care strategies.
